California Road Trip 1971

In 1971 my friends Cliff Schlabach, C.J. Kuklinski and myself made a two week road trip to California to do some surfing. We didn't get too many good waves but had a great time. We traveled in Cliff's brand new Karmann Ghia, along with our clothes, surfboards and wet suits.
