The temperature was 39 degrees last night at the Corpus Christi Airport. Somewhat warmer near the coast but cool nevertheless.
At the time this pic was downloaded the temperature in Port Aransas was about 50.
Going to be a nice day.

It is a beautiful day here today, clear, sunny and around 75 degrees! Ummm Ummm!

Texas beach goers can breathe easier today. In yesterday's elections Proposition 9 carried with an overwhelming majority, showing that once again Texans don't want developers and craven politicians messing with Texas beaches!
The Texas chapters of the Surfrider Foundation were instrumental in getting out the vote and none more so than local chapter President Cliff Schlabach, my ole buddy!
